The company believes that the greatest social responsibility of an enterprise is to provide customers with high-quality products and services, and this belief has always been at the heart of the company's operations. The purpose of business operations is to make profits, but the way to make profits is to create value for society. Therefore, we constantly strive for progress and innovation.
The company has successively introduced ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system.
To fulfill its responsibilities in ensuring the quality and safety of products and services provided by the organization and guide the organization to assume the main responsibility for quality and safety, the company attaches great importance to the construction of the quality management system. While strictly controlling product quality and meeting various standard indicators, a complete quality management system has been established.
Currently, the company has formulated a series of quality control measures covering all aspects from product design, raw material procurement, product manufacturing, product inspection, performance testing, packaging and transportation to customer service, effectively guiding and supervising the quality control work of various departments; at the same time, the company takes meeting customer requirements as the standard, and is responsible for each specialized department, earnestly grasping the continuous improvement of product quality.

In the past three years, the company's wastewater, waste gas, and noise have all met national and local emission standards; the company has processed and disposed of all industrial solid waste, with a 100% hazardous waste disposal rate; the company's pollution control facilities are managed by dedicated personnel, and the discharged pollutants meet national standards, with the total emissions kept within the controlled range.
The company is very concerned about potential public concerns regarding its products, services, and operations in the future, concerning quality and safety, the environment, energy consumption, comprehensive resource utilization, and public health. It actively researches countermeasures and makes preparations in advance. To this end, the company has formulated an "Emergency Preparedness and Response Control Procedure" that fully incorporates these public concerns into its system regulations.
All of the company's business activities and operations are constrained and supervised by corresponding rules and regulations and codes of conduct. Each year, based on the management system's operational performance and the results of the annual management review meeting, targets and management plans for continuous improvement are formulated and implemented and broken down to each responsible department. The administrative department tracks progress every quarter, achieving continuous improvement in environmental, energy resource, and safety management performance.
In terms of safe production, the company has always adhered to the work principle of "paying attention to safety, prevention first." Starting with cultivating employees' safety awareness and conducting three-level safety education, it adopts safety training for different positions, provides labor protection supplies, and pays pension and work-related injury insurance for all employees, ensuring that all employees master the safety knowledge and skills required for their positions to guarantee the personal safety of employees. The company organizes annual free physical examinations for employees in positions exposed to occupational hazards. If any diseases are found during the physical examination, they are reminded and medical treatment is arranged.
