II. Enhancing Employees' Quality Awareness
Product quality is related to the life of an enterprise; quality is the banner of an enterprise and a demonstration of its strength. For an enterprise to seek development in fierce competition and defeat strong opponents to gain a foothold, the most important weapon is product quality. For an enterprise, quality is actually a system project. It not only involves all functional departments of the enterprise, running through research and development, procurement, production, and sales, but also includes personnel awareness, quality systems, production process control, even hardware such as machinery and equipment and the overall operating environment, and the degree of quality cooperation of related parties.
To make the enterprise's quality system operate efficiently and optimize resource allocation to produce high-quality products, it is necessary to first establish a firm awareness of high quality among all employees. Ignoring this, even the best equipment and the most sound mechanisms will be difficult to exert their due effectiveness. The establishment of this awareness naturally has its value. It will cause employees to consciously abide by operating procedures during production and operation, and will not give up their original responsibilities due to external factors such as "no one is supervising, no one is watching, everyone is doing this." This is no longer just an objective requirement and constraint, but a pursuit higher than professional ethics.
Quality awareness is the understanding and comprehension of quality and quality work by everyone in an enterprise, from the leadership decision-making level to each employee. III. Quality Organization and Management System
The company has established a sound and effective long-term quality management mechanism. Through enhanced employee training and improved quality awareness, it actively guides all employees to prioritize quality and safety, making "quality is the lifeblood of the enterprise" a true moral standard and code of conduct for all staff. It strengthens the foundation of quality management to ensure its continuous and effective implementation, guaranteeing that product and service quality meets standards and the requirements for customer health, safety, and property, as well as environmental safety. The General Manager is in overall charge, with the Production Technology Department responsible for implementation, ensuring unified quality management, planning, and arrangement throughout the entire process. This unified management model is conducive to improving the technical skills and quality of personnel, facilitating scientific management, and achieving the goal of improving product quality. The ideological and technical quality of personnel at every level in the company's quality system (incoming inspection, in-process inspection, finished product inspection) is crucial. To improve the quality of inspectors, we adopt a policy of focusing on both ideological and technical quality, and training personnel at all levels. The company continuously trains specialized inspectors, provides quality inspection vocational education for all employees, and holds various technical assessments. During this period, a large number of outstanding quality management workers have emerged, significantly improving the overall quality management level and technical skills of all employees.

Everything is data-driven, and all work is regulated, truly reflecting the scientific, systematic, and standardized nature of quality management, resulting in a significant improvement in Chuangxian's product quality and management level.
To monitor and measure the effective operation of the quality system, in addition to organizing an internal audit and a management review annually as planned, the office also uses a rolling method to supervise and inspect various departments monthly. Corrective measures are promptly developed and implemented for problems found during audits, and no serious non-conformances have occurred in past external audits. While monitoring the effective operation of the quality system, the company's quality department strengthens the supervision and spot-checking of physical quality. In addition to quarterly spot checks of various departments, monthly spot checks of various production processes have been added. Problems found are promptly ordered to be rectified within a time limit and are prioritized in subsequent spot checks. Statistical techniques are applied in procurement, production processes, quality inspection, and user feedback. Corrective or preventive measures are developed and implemented quarterly for existing or potential quality problems.

Therefore, strictly controlling quality, with each process being responsible to the next, has become the conscious awareness of employees in the production process. 2. Strengthen Quality Management and Give Full Play to the Role of Quality Inspection
To ensure the continuous and effective operation of the quality management system and ensure steady improvement in product quality, the company has identified the theme of quality management as "strengthening scientific management, correcting bad habits, strengthening process control, and improving work quality and efficiency." The company's quality management regulations assurance system mainly includes: (1) National, ministerial, and provincial regulations, standards (GB), and provisions. (2) International standards such as ISO and ASTM. (3) Internal control standards, inspection processes, technical regulations, and various responsibilities formulated by the production technology department, serving as the regulatory basis for the quality control and assurance of inspection quality of all factory products.

IX. Actively Adopting International and Advanced Foreign Standards
In the face of fierce competition in domestic and international markets, our company actively adopts international standards and Zhejiang Manufacturing group standards, namely, the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the group standards confirmed and announced by the Zhejiang Provincial Brand Construction Federation. The company formulates internal standards based on international standards and uses Zhejiang Manufacturing group standards, which are stricter than international standards, to control product parameter production, greatly improving product quality and promoting the company's development in domestic and international markets.

The company attaches great importance to the construction of the quality management system, constantly innovating and making progress in practice. It has successively introduced the ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system, and ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system. XI. Quality Control System

The company has always attached importance to the factory's appearance, investing year after year and making great efforts to build a beautiful factory and conduct daily 6S activities to improve the environmental sanitation of the workplace. A good environment leads to a good mood, and work efficiency correspondingly increases.
The company formulates a detailed employee training plan every year. If departments submit training applications as needed, they will also be arranged as much as possible. If employees go out for further education, company leaders are very encouraging and try to provide convenience in work and study. 1) Under normal use, the product life is not less than 30,000 hours.
2) Provide users with comprehensive after-sales service. After the product leaves the factory, it is tracked by dedicated after-sales service personnel and technicians. If the customer encounters any problems during the use of the product, the manufacturer should respond within 8 hours after receiving the customer's call or fax and provide the customer with a solution within 24 hours.

The company conducts customer satisfaction surveys through various channels and methods, such as distributing customer satisfaction surveys, questionnaires, telephone surveys, and special topic surveys. We understand customer information from multiple aspects, including customer loyalty level, perceived value, satisfaction level, expected product quality level, and competitor comparison.
a) Questionnaire survey. Conduct random surveys on company products, consult customer satisfaction according to graded scoring, and feed back information to the company and relevant departments. Notify relevant departments to improve unsatisfactory items, confirm the improvement within one week, until the customer is satisfied.
b) Telephone survey. Conduct research by visiting customers via telephone.
c) Regular visits. The company regularly conducts door-to-door visits to track product usage and promptly understand user opinions.
Obtain information for comparison with competitors
d) Make full use of online resources to inquire about and understand the basic information of competitors, collect the latest developments of competitors through seminars and press conferences held by competitors, and obtain information through industry associations and exhibitions.
XIX. Employee Performance Management System
The company has established a pioneering employee performance management system. Employee performance is evaluated through three dimensions: ability, performance, and values. The KPI indicator library is the main source of future performance appraisal indicators. For example, regarding salary issues, the company comprehensively understood the treatment in the same industry and the actual work situation and adjusted overtime allowances, etc.
Understand employee satisfaction through various methods and formulate targeted improvement measures. Employee satisfaction surveys are conducted annually, and daily communication, special surveys, and employee resignation analysis are also used to understand employee satisfaction and promote improvement. After analyzing the data, the problems exposed by the survey are improved, and potential problems are prevented, thereby improving employee satisfaction and reducing employee turnover.
